MIKE SUTTON
Mike has over 20 years of successful management experience in Information Services (IS). His expertise is broad in scope including: personnel training and development, project management, technical support management, customer relations (internal and external), technology acquisition, vendor management, business planning, product development, and computer system security.

He is an outstanding personnel and project manager, committed to helping organizations achieve a competitive advantage through performance and operational excellence. To do this, Mike promotes and facilitates team building and improved communications throughout all organizational levels. He focuses on each individual client and their unique IS goals and challenges.

He is very adept at rebuilding and improving organizations following major changes such as:   down sizing, mergers, and acquisitions. Mike's high level of success throughout his career is based largely on his ability to attract and retain talented people for our clients' short- and long-term assignments. He consults regularly on organizational efficiency and teaches management related courses as part of WSC's educational offerings.

Mike has written extensively for NaSPA's Technical Support magazine. He has also been published in:   Enterprise Systems Journal, ComputerWorld, The Computer Operations Manager, The European Government Journal, and Time Magazine.

A National and international speaker in the areas of information systems management and staff development topics to such groups as: SHARE, GUIDE, the International Customer Service Organization, the Help Desk Institute and IBM's Enterprise Systems Update.
